This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do when using the 444Affiliates platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and exists to protect all users, third parties, and the integrity of our platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
444Affiliates is a marketing automation platform built to help legitimate businesses grow through social media management, advertising, prospecting, and CRM tools. We are committed to keeping the platform safe, trustworthy, and effective for all users.

This is not an exhaustive list of everything that is or is not permitted. We use common sense and good judgment when evaluating conduct, and we reserve the right to take action against uses that are harmful, deceptive, or contrary to the spirit of this policy even if not explicitly listed here.
The following are examples of legitimate, permitted uses of the 444Affiliates platform:
Using 444Affiliates to promote products or services that your business actually offers, creates, or represents. This includes e-commerce brands, service businesses, consultants, agencies, and affiliate marketers promoting real, legal products with proper disclosures.
Scheduling, publishing, and managing content across connected social media accounts. Using AI tools to draft or improve content, and analyzing post performance metrics. All content must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok for genuine products and services. Campaigns must comply with each advertising platform's policies, including truth-in-advertising standards, prohibited content rules, and audience targeting restrictions.
Managing your pipeline of genuine business prospects, tracking outreach history, and organizing contacts. Conducting outbound outreach to individuals where you have a legitimate business reason to contact them and are in compliance with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
Using the platform's analytics features to track the performance of your content, campaigns, and outreach. Generating reports on your marketing results to make informed business decisions.
Promoting affiliate products and earning commissions, provided that all content includes proper affiliate disclosure as required by the FTC, ASA, or other applicable authorities ("This post contains affiliate links," "#ad," "#sponsored," etc.). The products and services promoted must be legitimate and accurately described.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444Affiliates platform. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
Sending unsolicited bulk messages (email, DMs, or any channel) to individuals who have not consented to receive communications from you. This includes using the platform to send spam, scrape contacts for mass outreach without a lawful basis, or run outreach sequences that violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any other applicable anti-spam regulation.
Creating or running advertisements, social posts, or any content that is false, misleading, deceptive, or designed to mislead consumers. This includes false product claims, fake reviews, bait-and-switch tactics, counterfeit goods, get-rich-quick schemes, Ponzi structures, and any content that violates truth-in-advertising laws.
Using the platform to advertise, sell, or facilitate any product or service that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is being marketed or received. This includes regulated products (pharmaceuticals, firearms, financial products) marketed without the appropriate licenses and disclosures.
Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other method to extract data from the 444Affiliates platform beyond what is provided through official APIs. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform's software. Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Sharing your 444Affiliates login credentials with others, or allowing multiple people or organizations to use a single account as if it were a multi-user plan. Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise providing platform access to third parties.
Using 444Affiliates as a vehicle to violate the terms of service, advertising policies, community guidelines, or data use policies of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Google Ads), TikTok, Apollo, or any other connected platform. Attempting to circumvent platform bans, audience restrictions, or content moderation systems.
Targeting content or advertisements at users under 13 (or the minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction). Collecting, storing, or processing personal data of minors without verifiable parental consent. Creating campaigns specifically designed to appeal to children for products or services not appropriate for minors.
Creating or distributing content that defames, harasses, threatens, intimidates, or stalks individuals or groups. Publishing content that discriminates against or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic. Inciting hatred or violence against any person or group.
Impersonating any individual, organization, brand, or public figure in a way that is deceptive or misleading. This includes creating fake profiles, social accounts, or ad campaigns that falsely claim to represent a person or entity you are not authorized to represent.
Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any 444Affiliates system or network. Overloading the platform with excessive requests (denial-of-service attacks). Introducing malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the platform or through content you publish via the platform.
Using the platform to create or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets. This includes publishing content, images, music, or video without the appropriate licenses or permissions.
Publishing private or personally identifiable information about individuals without their consent ("doxxing"). Using the platform in ways that violate applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA (where applicable). Sharing your contacts' data with third parties in violation of applicable law or your own privacy commitments to those contacts.
This list is not exhaustive. 444Affiliates reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether any use of the platform is acceptable. Conduct not listed here may still result in enforcement action if it causes harm, violates the spirit of this policy, or contravenes applicable law.
444Affiliates connects to several major advertising and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations must comply with each platform's own policies at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance.
Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms due to your policy violations are not grounds for a refund of 444Affiliates subscription fees. 444Affiliates is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
All content you create, schedule, publish, or distribute through 444Affiliates must meet the following standards:
444Affiliates does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts if reported content violates this policy.
When you use 444Affiliates to manage contact lists, run outreach sequences, or process personal data of your own customers or prospects, you act as a data controller. You are responsible for ensuring:
When 444Affiliates becomes aware of a potential policy violation — whether through automated detection, user reports, or third-party notification — we will investigate and may take the following actions, generally in escalating order of severity:
For first-time or minor violations, we may send a written warning explaining the violation and requiring specific remediation (e.g., removing prohibited content, updating an outreach sequence). You will have a defined period to comply.
For repeated violations, failure to remediate, or moderate violations, we may temporarily suspend access to some or all platform features. Suspension may be lifted after the issue is resolved and you confirm compliance.
For serious violations, repeated offenses, or conduct causing harm to others, we will permanently terminate your account without prior warning. Terminated accounts are not eligible for reinstatement. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable upon termination for policy violations.
Severity-based enforcement: For severe violations — such as fraud, spam, illegal activity, or content causing immediate harm — we reserve the right to skip to immediate account termination without a warning period. We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action in cases of serious violations.
No refund for violations. If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, you are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees. This applies regardless of how much time remains in your billing period.
Legal action. In cases involving illegal activity, significant harm to others, or fraudulent misuse of the platform, 444Affiliates reserves the right to report conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities and to pursue available legal remedies.
Your appeal rights. If you believe an enforcement action against your account was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing 444affiliates@gmail.com with a detailed explanation. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to restore access, but we will consider appeals made in good faith.
If you believe another user is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, or if you have encountered content that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us.

Please include as much detail as possible: the nature of the violation, any evidence, and the account or content involved.
All reports are reviewed confidentially. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, but we take all credible reports seriously and will investigate in accordance with this policy.
False or malicious reports submitted to harm a competitor or another user may themselves be treated as a violation of this policy.
